Graco Stroller Recall…?

Question by Lauren: Graco Stroller Recall…?
So i just found out my wonderful travel system is one of the ones on the Graco Recall list… I adore this stroller, except for the fact that supposedly it can take off fingers! i called graco and they said that they would send me out a replacement part, in 4 weeks!! So do i just sit tight and wait on this part? or is it best to just trash the stroller, and buy a brand new non-recalled stroller?? Im frustrated all together as im due before the part will be here, and 1/2 of my travel system until the part gets here! I cant return the stroller to the store, because it bought over 90 days ago, and the store refuses to take anything back after those days are up..

Tell them no..you want an immediate refund! The troller is faulty…as a customer your rights are then to have your money back. If they argue ask to speak to their superior….dont let up….they cannot expect people to have no stroller for a month!

The manufacturer has to give you a refund…as for the 90 day thing I dont think that holds if the item is faulty…call hed office of the store and check.
